Meeting Points for Your Transfer
1. Welcome Bar at Terminal 2 of Cancun Airport: If your flight arrives at Terminals 1, 3, or 4, please note that there is a free shuttle service that takes you to Terminal 2. The Welcome Bar is easy to find, and there you will see one of our representatives holding a sign with your name.
2. Meeting Point in Downtown Cancun: Our downtown Cancun meeting point is located at the bus stop of the Soriana Súper Cancun shopping center. You can see its exact location by clicking here. You will see our vehicles and can approach them to verify your name and board the vehicle.
It is important to note that we only allow a 10-minute grace period to wait for passengers at both points. Otherwise, the vehicle will start its journey, and you would lose your transfer, which is non-refundable.
Chiquilla Port
It doesn't matter if you plan to visit Isla Holbox with a private transfer service, shared transportation, or by renting a car—you will inevitably need to reach the Port of Chiquilá. Why? Because Chiquilá is the mandatory starting point for all visitors to Holbox. Remember, Isla Holbox has no direct road connection, which means the only way to get to Holbox is by taking a ferry from Chiquilá.
The ferries run regularly and offer a short and comfortable journey to the island, preserving its peaceful and pollution-free environment. The cost of the ferry is 300 MXN for adults and 180 MXN for children, making the trip affordable for the whole family.
So remember, our transportation service, as well as any other, will only take you to the maritime terminal of Chiquilá and not directly to Isla Holbox.
