Communication was lacking, they were late picking us up and delayed in replying to our anxious msgs via whatsapp. There's no wifi on the journey but the driver did stop and wait patiently while we shopped. We rode a shuttle van to the hotel and a random guy in a regular car came to take us back.

Even when our return flight to Canada was delayed by 5 hours, they delayed our pickup accordingly. To make things even easier, you can chat and call via whatsapp and their English is great.
